Veg Momos

Ingredients
For dough
All purpose flour - 1 cup
Water to knead
1 tsp oil
For filling
Cabbage(shredded)- 1 cup
oil - 1 tbsp
Carrot (shredded) - 1
Onion (chopped)- 1/2
Chilli (chopped)- 2
ginger garlic paste- 1 tsp
Red chilli powder  - 1/4 tsp
Pepper - 1/8 tsp
Soya sauce - 1 tbsp
Veniger - 1 tbsp
salt - to taste
For chutney
Tomato (pureed)- 2
Ginger paste- 1 / 2 tsp
Garlic - 4 cloves 
Green chilli (chopped)- 1
Soya sauce - 1 tbsp
Veniger - 2 tsp
Oil- 1 tbsp
salt - to taste
Red chilli powder- 1 tsp


Preparation
For dough 

Knead Dough from flour and water .
Spread oil on the dough and keep aside
For filling
heat oil in pan.
Add onion, chilli and ginger garlic paste in it
Add Cabbage and carrots

Cook for 5 minutes
Add salt,pepper and red chilli powder
Add soya sauce and veniger
cook for a few minutes and keep aside

Dumpling
make small balls from the dough
roll the balls to make a  round roti

Fill the filling in it

cover it giving the shape of momo
Boil water in a steamer. and grease the tray of steamer
place momos in the steamer. the moms should not touch each other

steam momos for 10- 15 minutes. Remove from steamer when done
chutney

Puree peeled tomatoes and garlic 
Heat oil in a pan
Add tomato puree to the pan
add green chilli , red chilli powder and salt and cook till it separates from oil
 Add veniger and soya sauce and cook for 1 - 2 minutes
Serve Momo with chutney

Fried Rice

Ingredients:
Chilli - 2
Onion (sliced) - 1
Ginger and garlic paste - 1 tsp
Mixed veg (mushroom,cabbage, carrot )- 1 cup

Ajinomoto- 1/2 tsp
rice - cooked- 2 cups

Salt
oil - 2 tbsp
heat oil and add  chilli, ginger and garlic
Add onion and mixed veg


cook till the vegetables are fried

Add rice
cook for a few minutes

serve with Manchurian or Schezwan Sauce

Schezwan sauce

Ingredients
Red chilli (soaked in warm water for 1/2 hour)- 2
Onion (cubed)- 1
Ginger- 1 in
Garlic- 2
oil- 1 tsp
sugar - 1/2 tsp
ajinomoto- 1/2 tsp
salt to taste

Soya sauce
Tomato kechup
veniger
Chilli sauce
corn flour

Preparation
heat oil in a pan and add ginger garlic and onion to it.cook till onion is golden brown.
Grind the onion, ginger and garlic and red chili to paste.
Transfer the paste to the pan and cook for some time

Add the sauces, sugar , salt and ajinomoto to the pan

add some water and corn flour and cook for a few minutes
cook for some time and serve with fried rice or noodles
