Ingredients
cauliflower florets - 3 cups
Corn flour - 1 cup
Garlic - 7-8
spring onion (chopped) - 1/2 cup
green chilli (chopped) - 2
Soya sauce - 1 tbsp
Tomato ketchup- 1 tbsp
Venoger - 1 tsp
oil for frying
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Mix cauliflower florets, corn flour , salt and pepper and add some water to it
Fry the florets and soak excess oil
keep aside
In a pan , heat 2 tsp of oit.
Add garlic and chillis
Add spring onion and cook for 5 minutes
add the sauces and mix
Add florets and cook for 5 minutes
Serve with noodles or fried rice or as appetizer
